Bordalas renews with Getafe till 2025
The Spanish coach Jose Bordalas has renewed as coach of the Azulon first group for the following two seasons, till 2025, the Madrid membership confirmed this Friday.
The coach from Alicante returned to the Getafe bench on April 29, which he had already directed between 2016 and 2021, to attempt to obtain permanence within the First Division within the final seven days of the championship.
Bordalas, who took over from the dismissed Quique Sanchez Flores, took the third-to-last azulon group, one level from the security zone, and managed to complete the fifteenth season, two models above relegation after reaping three wins, two attracts and two defeats.
In whole, Bordalas has led a complete of 219 video games for the Madrid group, divided into its two levels, and is the coach who has led the group in essentially the most video games in skilled soccer.
